Secure login on lodecon
Password security
Your password is encrypted and stored securely on lodecon servers using modern cryptographic standards. We never display or store your password in plain text. If you suspect your password has been compromised, reset it immediately from the login page using the "Forgot your password?" link.
Two-factor authentication
Enable 2FA in your account settings to add an extra security layer. When 2FA is active, you receive a one-time code via authenticator app or SMS after entering your username and password. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone obtains your credentials.
Unusual activity detection
lodecon monitors all login attempts and detects unusual patterns such as logins from new devices or geographic locations. If we detect suspicious activity, we may temporarily lock your account or request additional verification before allowing access.
Device logout
You can view all active sessions on your lodecon account and remotely log out from devices you no longer use. This ensures that old or shared devices cannot access your account if you have forgotten to log out.
Login troubleshooting
I've forgotten my password
Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address or username, and lodecon will send a password-reset link to your email within a few minutes. Follow the link to set a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
My account is locked
If you enter an incorrect password multiple times, lodecon temporarily locks your account for security. Wait subject to verification before attempting to log in again, or click "Forgot your password?" to reset immediately. If your account remains locked, contact our support team for manual unlocking.
I can't log in from a new device
If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you must enter your credentials and then provide the 2FA code sent to your registered phone number or authenticator app. If you no longer have access to that phone number or app, contact our support team to update your 2FA settings.
I suspect unauthorized access
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, reset your password immediately using the "Forgot your password?" option. Then log into your account, go to Settings, and review your active sessions. Log out any unrecognized devices. Contact our support team to report suspicious activity; we will investigate and assist with account recovery if needed.
